Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their store visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred.
