Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
