Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use the M.A.P. guidelines for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
