Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
