Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality and security of data
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
