Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
