Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
