Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and more in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and prompt customer service.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
