Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and operating the cash register.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate equipment like a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
• Work both independently and in a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
