Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
