Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe operation of equipment and ability to perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
