Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Keep track of inventory, report issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
