Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and cleaned to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
