Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash management policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document confidentiality
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
