Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. By collaborating with the Aldi team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. mindset consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with their shopping, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Take inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer inquiries, and follow company policies.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks, stocking merchandise, and using store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
