Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
