Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, exhibit exceptional customer service, and play a vital role in the store's daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, aid customers in their shopping experience, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Assist in inventory counting and follow all cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to adhere to company policies, communicate effectively, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
