Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ALDI team, demonstrating the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.), delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
