Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, handle inventory, and process customer purchases.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
