Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains its impeccable standards. This position involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operations
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
