Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's upkeep and providing excellent customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash-handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work independently or in a team.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
