Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge and application of company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
