Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively within the team.
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring the security of documents and data.
• Handle store inventory counts and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in using equipment like electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered a plus.
