Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, one of the leading companies in the retail industry. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and retail equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
