Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and lift items up to 45 pounds while complying with safety standards.
• Required to perform various physical tasks to ensure store presentation and functionality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle equipment properly.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred, with prior retail experience.
• Equivalent education and work experience combination.
