Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi and contribute to our store's success. As a Store Associate, you will manage various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies for security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain a clean environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
