Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that our customers receive the best shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Take part in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
