Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and stocking products to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Report product issues and assist in inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
