Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with the store management team and fellow associates
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
