Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies to minimize losses and upholding company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
