Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store areas, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to safety protocols and company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
