Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is organized, products are stocked, and customers receive excellent service. From cashiering to maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
