Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, inventory, and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
