Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, merchandising products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, provide exceptional service, and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
