Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to improve overall performance.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain store security, and handle tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands such as stocking shelves and carrying items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
