Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked with products, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Contribute to inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
