Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI! As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. Working closely with the ALDI team, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company standards and policies
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience
