Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
