Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in a dynamic retail environment. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and maintain security of documents and data

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
