Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and that customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning duties and adhering to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
