Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its best appearance while providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking product, and cashiering
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with management and team members
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
