Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness of the store, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and work with store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
