Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Contribute to taking inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Handle equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
