Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are appealing.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
