Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and assist customers with their purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and report any irregularities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
