Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to excel in the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory, and follow cash procedures to uphold store security.
• Perform general cleaning duties and undertake store inventory counts as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to work independently or within a team and manage tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
