Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
