Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service will be key to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and ensure accurate store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow established company policies, maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older. • Strong customer service skills. • Proficient in cash register operation. • Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently. • Capable of following company policies and procedures. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred. • Previous retail experience is a plus. • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
