Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a great shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service, stock shelves, and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Help monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Execute general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle transactions.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and stocking merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
