Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and provides exceptional customer service. This position involves a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and general cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company protocols.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
